Subscription Term

Subscribers will receive 9 print issues, as well as digital access to NJ Municipalities magazine during the term of their subscription year, unless NJLM is notified otherwise. Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for your subscription to activate.

The NJ Municipalities magazine publishing year is October through June; no issues are published during the months of July, August, and September.

Payment Via Purchase Order

Purchase orders are an acceptable form of payment for member subscriptions only. When subscribing using purchase order as a payment method, the individual submitting the form is confirming that they are authorized to place an order on behalf of the municipality. An invoice with the claimant’s certification declaration with signature will be emailed to the main contact on an order. If an individual places an order and is not authorized to do so, they will be held responsible for payment.

Renewals

Renewals will be sent to the individual listed as the billing contact on an account via email 60 days prior to a subscription's expiration date. Reminders may also be sent. If emails are unavailable or a response is not received, a mailed renewal notice may follow. Subscriptions are not automatically renewed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may choose to end your subscription services at any time; however, no refund will be issued. Please send an email to Tasneem Kapadia to request a cancellation.
