The NJ Shade Tree Federation, promoted in partnership with the NJ Association of Planning & Zoning Administrators, is offering a 3 Session Webinar Series covering the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection’s (DEP) model tree removal and replacement ordinance.
The webinar series will review the model tree ordinance developed by the DEP and is now part of the Tier A MS4 permit renewal. The three webinars include:
- March 5, 10:00 – 11:30 am Session #1: Tier A MS4 Tree Removal/Replacement Model Ordinance: What is it?
- March 19, Session #2; Examples of Municipal Tree Removal/Replacement Ordinances in NJ: What Qualifies?
- April 9, Session #3: Tree Removal/Replacement ordinances: Municipal Permitting and Enforcement,
These webinars are pre-approved for 1.5 NJUCF CEUs/session when attended live and with proper documentation, and Rutgers P/Z is approved for 1.5 Technical CE credits/session. Advance registration for the webinars is required.
