NJPACT REAL Rules Webinar

Environmental Issues Posted on February 18, 2026

The New Jersey Protecting Against Climate Threats Resilient Environments and Landscapes (NJPACT REAL) rules were adopted to impact communities throughout New Jersey through the development process to influence climate change, reduce flooding impact with stormwater requirements, provide wetlands protections, and streamline the permit process.

The Association of New Jersey Environmental Commissions (ANJEC) and the New Jersey Society of Professional Engineers are hosting two identical webinars concerning the NJPACT REAL rules and how they apply to your municipality and projects in your community and what actions you need to take to comply with the rules. These webinars are for planners and engineers engaged in site plan design and infrastructure planning, planning and zoning board members, and environmental commissioners.

The webinars will be held via Zoom on Tuesday, March 3 at noon and Thursday, March 5 at 7 p.m. The webinars are free for ANJEC members and $25 for non-ANJEC attendees. Please register to attend and the Zoom link will be sent as confirmation.
