The New Jersey Economic Development Authority (EDA) is hosting an upcoming Garden State CPACE informational webinar. The Garden State Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (CPACE) Program allows eligible commercial property owners to access capital for energy efficiency upgrades, renewable energy projects, and water conservation improvements repaid through a property-based assessment. This webinar is an opportunity to learn how adopting a local CPACE ordinance can support economic development while advancing sustainability goals.
Interested municipal officials, planners, and economic development staff are encouraged to attend the free virtual session held on January 28 at 1:00 p.m.
Registration is open through the NJEDA event page.
