Senator Andy Kim’s office is hosting a webinar, “Introduction to Federal Grants & Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS),” on Tuesday, December 16, at 12:00 p.m.
This webinar will provide an overview of the upcoming FY2027 CDS opportunity for potential applicants. Staff will provide a high-level review of the CDS process including what information is required to submit CDS applications. They will also discuss services our team provides to support Federal Grants.
Discussion topics will include background of CDS, eligibility and project types, application processes for FY2027, and best practices when applying.

The process from House Members is generally in the first quarter of the year, and we will share information when it is available.
