Governor Declares SNAP Suspension State of Emergency 

Governor Murphy declared a State of Emergency due to the federal suspension of SNAP Benefits because of the federal shutdown. An Executive Order was issued to coordinate a statewide response to ensure that vulnerable residents have access to food.

Complete Streets Technical Assistance Program – Deadline Friday 

The North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority is accepting applications from municipalities for the Complete Streets Technical Assistance Program. Selected municipalities receive free direct technical assistance.
