Sample Resolution Opposing ADU Legislation 

We anticipate the legislature will consider bills that would preempt local planning and permit Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) on property zoned for single or two-family residential uses. Please consider adopting a resolution in opposition.

Congress Passes Budget Framework 

On April 10, the House passed the identical budget framework that the Senate adopted the week before which lays the framework to adopt a bill that includes changes to taxes, border security, military spending, and energy policy, along with other priorities.

April 30 ARPA SLFRF Reporting Deadline 

As a reminder, every single municipality must submit its American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) report by April 30 to remain in compliance.
