Legal Notice Extension to be Considered by Legislative Committees
On Thursday, the Senate and Assembly Judiciary Committees are both scheduled to consider legislation that extends current public notice and legal advertising guidance through the end of the year. The temporary measure enacted in December expires on March 1.

Combined Property Tax Relief Application Available
The Division of Taxation has created a single application form for the Senior Freeze, ANCHOR, and Stay NJ programs for residents 65 and over, or those collecting Social Security Disability benefits.

Bill to Establish Heat-Stress Standard Scheduled
On Thursday, the Assembly Labor Committee is scheduled to consider A-5022 which establishes “Occupational Heat-Related Illness and Injury Prevention Program” and occupational heat stress standard in the Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
