Governor Issues EO to Expedite Review of Clemency Applications

Governor Murphy has issued Executive Order No. 362, which outlines certain categories of pending or future clemency applications that will receive expedited review and creates a Clemency Advisory Board.

OSHA Seeks Comments on Fire Brigades Standard Rulemaking

OSHA is proposing rulemaking to issue a new safety and health standard to replace the existing Fire Brigades Standard that includes a broader scope of protections for emergency responders. Comments are due July 22.
