Affordable Housing Reform Bill is Advanced Through Assembly Committee

The Assembly Housing Committee met on Wednesday and favorably released Assembly Bill A-4, which seeks to eliminate COAH and further reform the state’s affordable housing policy. League staff testified before the committee, raising concerns with the bill.
