SCOTUS Decision Could Impact NJ Property Tax Laws
A decision from the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) that found a Minnesota county’s retention of excess value above the taxpayer’s debt after a tax foreclosure violated the Constitution could have an impact on New Jersey’s property tax laws.

Department of Transportation Budget Allocations FY 2024
The New Jersey Department of Transportation’s (NJDOT) proposed FY 2024 budget allocations, excluding the Motor Vehicle Commission, amount to $1.919 billion representing a $11.8 million (0.6%) increase compared to the FY 2023 adjusted appropriation. NJ OEM FEMA Safeguarding Tomorrow Grant Plan Public Comment Sought
The New Jersey Office of Emergency Management (NJOEM) has applied for funding through the Safeguarding Tomorrow Revolving Loan (RLF) Fund Grant to FEMA for FY 2023. They are now seeking public comment on their Intended Use Plan and Proposed Project List.
