New Jersey launched the New Jersey Civilian Cyber Resilience Corps (Cyber Corps) as an initiative to enhance New Jersey’s ability to prevent and recover from cyberattacks.
The Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness (NJOHSP) and the Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Cell (NJCCIC) established the initiative to assemble experienced cybersecurity and IT professionals to support government entities, critical infrastructure providers, and community organizations.
The Cyber Corps volunteers will serve in a non-paid capacity, undergo screening and training, and may be deployed to assist organizations with preparedness, response, and recovery activities as needed.
Individuals interested in volunteering and organizations seeking assistance can visit the New Jersey Civilian Cyber Resilience Corps (Cyber Corps) website or call 1-833-465-2242 for more information.
