The North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority (NJTPA) is accepting applications from municipalities for the Complete Streets Technical Assistance Program. Selected municipalities receive free direct technical assistance to complete a specific task related to advancing a Complete Streets initiative in their community. Technical assistance is provided through a partnership with Sustainable Jersey and the Voorhees Transportation Center at Rutgers University.
Eligible applicants are municipal governments in the NJTPA's 13-county region, comprised of Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union, and Warren counties.
The application deadline is November 7, 2025.
