The NJ Office of the State Comptroller (OSC), Public Contracting Oversight (PCO) Division, is hosting a webinar on October 23 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The free webinar will provide an overview of the recently revised rules and thresholds. It will assist contracting units in understanding requirements and responsibilities regarding N.J.S.A. 52:15C-10, Executive Order (EO) 166, and EO 125.
OSC will offer guidance to contracting units on the changes to OSC’s rules with particular focus on the rules affecting submission of proposed contracts and procurements to the PCO Division. Additionally, threshold changes and good faith estimates under N.J.S.A. 52:15C-10 and regulatory requirements will be discussed.
