The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced FY 2025 Open Funding Opportunities for Brownfield projects. These grants are designed to help communities address brownfield sites with the presence or potential presence of hazardous substances, pollutants, or contaminants that may complicate their expansion, redevelopment, or reuse. Eligible entities can find information on the EPA website which provides resources to assist applicants, including webinars, pre-recorded videos, and detailed guidance on required documents and other grant terms.
Applications are due by November 14, 2024.
