This is a reminder that the 2024 Financial Disclosure Statements (FDS) must be filed annually on or before April 30. In addition, once the annual filing deadline has passed, new local government officers must file their FDS within 30 days of taking office.
Please note that the Local Finance Board may issue violations for non-filers or those who omit required information. The violation is personal to the Local Government Officer and is a minimum of $100 and up to $500.
