2021 Exhibitor Information

Welcome to the 2021 NJLM Conference2021 Conference logo

Planning for the 106th Annual New Jersey State League of Municipalities Conference is actively underway. This year, the League is reevaluating and redesigning aspects of the conference in preparation for a safe and successful in-person event at the Atlantic City Convention Center in Atlantic City from November 16-18.

Health and Safety

This year’s event will be different from events in the past, complying with new safety requirements developed by the CDC, the NJ Department of Health, and the Atlantic City Convention Center to ensure a comfortable conference for all participants. As more information becomes available, we will share it with attendees, exhibitors, and other participants.

Exhibitor Information

Current exhibitors will be able to register for exhibit space online and have their own portal with the ability to update their information. We will be sending 2019 and 2020 exhibitors details on how to access the new system in the coming weeks.

If you are a new vendor and would like to receive exhibitor information, please email your full contact information to Suzanne DeLany sdelany@njlm.org.

Improved Conference website

Along with changes to the in-person conference, the League is creating an improved Conference experience with an entire new website, coming soon. The new Conference website will include a searchable session schedule and speaker list, an online registration process for exhibitors, registration and housing information, the ability to customize your Conference experience by saving events and exhibitors to your attendee account, and many more features.

Creating Your Legacy

The theme for this year is Creating Your Legacy. As municipalities throughout the country have adapted to the extraordinary circumstances of the pandemic, elected and appointed officials have been faced with tough decisions and unique opportunities to create programs that best meet the needs of residents. The actions adopted in trying times have changed the way local government works and will leave an impact on operations for years to come.

From distance work and health department strain to philanthropic efforts and emotional support for those struggling, the new normal of local government will be discussed in sessions and with exhibitors in the exhibit hall.

With the 106th League Conference, we will continue a long tradition within the safest and most effective parameters. We look forward to seeing you all again, safely, in November.

"The NJLM Conference is a great opportunity to connect with existing clients and network with other NJ towns and businesses. The conference is heavily attended making it a worthwhile event for vendors with lots of great conversations to be had. We look forward to this conference every year."

"The show is always beneficial to my company. We benefit by seeing clients and hundreds of potential clients from around NJ in just three days. There is no better way to meet these people face to face than here at the NJLM show"
